Download a program such as http://www.mIRC.com. Ignore all of the preset stuff, because it really doesn't apply. From the server window you connect to, type in:
/server irc.replayirc.com
From there, it'll connect you to the proper server.
Type in after the server connects:
/join #TheOldRepublic
or use this website java mirc to join in
