A grizzled and gritty new hero joins Aidan and Maya in Overkill’s The Walking Dead. In this trailer, we meet Grant a steely outdoorsman, the visage of a man who has seen too many sorrows and knows bitter regret deeply. Grant retired from the city to hunt, fish, and live a simple rural life. He has returned to Washington DC in search of his family. The setting has changed but the hunt remains the same. True to the tone of previous reveals, our hero is buried deep in remembrances of a past life, they knew and loved, brutally ripped out from under them. Be forewarned this trailer can hit you hard in the feels.
Overview
Overkill’s The Walking Dead is a four-player multiplayer shooter inspired by Robert Kirkman’s original graphic novels. Characters fight the living and the dead in a post-apocalyptic Washington DC. Players band together in a variety of missions and raids to rescue survivors, reclaim valuable supplies, and stay alive in this brutally devastating new reality. Use stealth tactics or raw firepower to accomplish your goals. Each playable hero has their own set of abilities, skills, play styles, roles, and backstory they bring to the game.
