KOEI TECMO Unveils New Characters for Warriors Orochi 4

Harness Mythological Might to Defeat Your Foes

The Warriors franchise has a storied history of taking fan favourites and legends alike and placing them in combat against tides of enemies. The next entry in the series, Warriors Orochi 4 is no exception.

KOEI TECMO announced that in Warriors Orochi 4, the roster of characters will include four mythological heroes, each with their own unique weapons called Sacred Treasures. Follow Perseus, one of the demigod sons of Zeus and hero of Olympus, seeking to right the collateral of his father’s pension for messing with mortals. Meanwhile, Athena pursues Perseus using her magical machinations to control the field and great Aegis, capable of turning enemies to stone. Then, there is Ares, god of war determined to see the gods rule over humanity with unhindered dominion. Wield twin spears to unleashing the fiery draconic might of Typhon! Not content to watch from Asgard, the All-Father Odin joins the fight with the fearsome Gungnir at his side – a spear capable of summoning magical blades for extra piercing damage.

As a bonus for pre-ordering Warriors Orochi 4, you will have access to a wide selection pre-order bonuses. Physical versions from select retailers will offer alternate costumes for your heroes while players who pre-order on the Xbox Marketplace or Nintendo eShow will receive the aforementioned bonuses along with a unicorn and Pegasus! Pre-ordering on the Playstation store will reward you with a special theme and Pegasus.

Warriors Orochi 4 is currently being developed for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. At this time, it is slated to release on October 16th 2018.
