HTC Vive Receives Permanent $200 Price Cut

The HTC Vive just received a major price cut. Effective immediately, HTC is reducing the price of the Vive to $599. New customers will also receive a free trial to HTC’s Viveport subscription allowing them to access up to five VR titles a month, as well as a variety of popular games including Everest VR, Richie’s Plank Experience, and Google’s Tiltbrush.

The Vive currently has more than 3600 titles across Steam and Viveport and was recently found to be the most popular headset for VR game development.
