Nintendo closed out the night with most of the awards, but the quality in their games has been astounding. The overall winner of the awards show was The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The representative from Nintendo definitely got a workout and it was well deserved. On top of the gaming awards, Genyo Takeda took home the Lifetime Achievement Award. This is the man who was responsible for most of our childhood memories when it comes to gaming. We wouldn’t be where we are in this industry without him.
William Murphy
Well deserved for Big N. They killed it this year.
