Looking Back at 30 Years of Street Fighter History

Celebrate 30 Years of the Rumble
Street Fighter 30th Anniversary

Debuting in 1987, Street Fighter changed the arcade scene forever. Now, Capcom prepares for the May 29th release of Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Edition. To get players into the spirit of the game, Capcom is releasing a series of videos focusing on the history of the game, beginning with I and II. Suffice to say, the game has come a long way from its humble beginnings to the worldwide powerhouse and staple in competitive gaming.

“There is no doubt about Street Fighter’s place in video game history, but it’s more than that. It’s impact on popular culture is undeniable.”

At the end of the day, Damien is a guy who loves his wife, his Mini Schnoodle, and crafting gourmet bowls of Mac N’ Cheese.
