Ubisoft Shares Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey Post-Launch Story Plans
New developments from Ubisoft North America are already here in the form of a new video developer diary, hosted by Scott Phillips, the Game Director, revealing post-launch details. Post-launch there will be Season Pass content which will include lots of new story for you to play from launch date and even months out. There will be two major story arcs, and these arcs will have three episodes each to tell the story.
The Legacy of the Blade is the first story arc, and it focuses on Kassandra (or Alexios) and how they came to use their iconic weapon and how they claimed it. The first chapter launches this December with next chapter six weeks later, and the final chapter six weeks after that.
The next story arc we will see is The Fate of Atlantis. As you would guess it, this story arc focuses on the legend of Atlantis and what happened to it. It will be releasing sometime spring 2019 in three chapters similar to Legacy of the Blade. Every six weeks we get the new chapters until the conclusion.
If that isn’t enough for you then get ready, because everyone who purchases the Season Pass will receive a copy of Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered as a bonus at no extra cost.
You can, of course, purchase all of the DLC and Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered separately still, and everyone will receive free story content updates in between the major releases. There will be in-game events and more.
