Adorable Deck Builder Wildfrost Physical Release Arrives This Week

Wildfrost Friends & Foes update

Wildfrost physical editions are due to arrive on Nintendo Switch from 12 September.

Super Rare Games teams up with Deadpan Games, Gaziter & Chucklefish to bring the cutest sword and snowcery deck builder to shelves this week. On 12 September, Wildfrost will get a physical release for the Nintendo Switch. The quest to bring back the sun might have first arrived back in 2023, but now there’s a chance to bring the adventure home with a standard or deluxe edition.

Wildfrost is a roughish card battler set in a frosty environment. In this scenario, the environment has succumbed to a wintery mess. Now, only Snowdwell and its survivors stand as the last bastion against an endless frost. Pick up your snowshoes and embark on a quest through a range of environment, hordes of enemies, and build a deck with lots of new friends. Collect companions, ready to take down waves of cute but deadly Pengoons, Gobblers, and more. Add trinkets, upgrade cards, and come back to tackle the chilly overworld again.
