Cold Iron Studios has announced a plethora of new content is coming to Aliens: Fireteam Elite when Season 2 launches on Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Season 2 will be available starting on that date for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
All players will see a number of free features added including:
- the Point Defense game mode – “This fast-paced alternative to Horde Mode will challenge players in a new survival-based defensive match where your fireteam must protect, repair, and hold 3 different strategic points through multiple attack waves from the xenomorph hive.”
- Lifetime Stats
- new weapons, attachments, and cosmetics handed out as Point Defense rewards or available via the in-game store
- new Challenge Cards
The same day as the free content lands, the Endeavor Pass DLC will become available for $69.99 or individual Endeavor Pass cosmetic DLC packs can be purchased for $9.99. Players can also purchase the base game for $39.99.
