Over the weekend Marvel Entertainment released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Sony Pictures animated film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The trailer below gives you your first look at Miles Morales, at least an animated version of him, making his big screen debut!
Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the creative minds behind “The Lego Movie” and “21 Jump Street,” bring their unique talents to a fresh vision of a different Spider-Man Universe, with a groundbreaking visual style that’s the first of its kind. “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” introduces Brooklyn teen Miles Morales, and the limitless possibilities of the Spider-Verse, where more than one can wear the mask.
Marvel has done well at the box office with live action movies, can they capture the magic with animated versions? All we know is “all we want for Christmas (in 2018) is a well done animated Spider-Man movie”!
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will be released in theaters Christmas 2018.

Oh boy, this is one of the most convoluted, complex, comic book series I’ve seen in a long time. While I’m sure Marvel knows what they are doing this has a ridiculous scope. I wonder how long until we see ham 😀

I agree Ed. Just awhile ago I got through this story in Omnibus form, main story and all tie-ins. Lots of Spiders! Ham? Hmmm maybe, I’m hoping minimally Spider-Gwen.
