Apex Legends fans have tons of great new content to explore once the Thrillseekers event launches on Tuesday, July 13th. The event offers players the new Arenas map, a completely new Reward Track to work through, and tons of items on sale throughout. The event will be running from July 13th to August 3rd.
AL‘s seventh Arena map is called Overflow and brings a whole new gameplay opportunity to players. The map, unlike others in the rotation, is lane-focused with lava-filled structures dividing each from the others. In addition, the map floor can turn into deadly lava for extra fun. Developers wrote that in Overflow “players will need to stay vigilant before committing to a side or risk being flanked.”
In addition to the new map, players will find a new Rewards Track. “Each week of the event offers back-to-back rewards tracks. Week one gives players a chance to unlock the Rampart Wastelander Set, which includes a matching gun charm, weapon skin, and a Legendary Rampart skin. Week two grants Battle Pass boosters, crafting metals and Apex packs. Week three includes the Lethal Enforcer Bangalore Skin and more. ”
Lastly, a number of items will be on offer through the in-game shop during the Summer Splash Sale that runs from July 13th to July 27th. Some fan-favorite skins are making a comeback including Youngblood and Voidwalker. Apex packs will also be on sale.
