APICO is bringing the adorable joy of keeping bumbly fuzzballs onto Xbox One and Series S|X.

The cute beekeeping sim APICO is out on Xbox One and Series S|X Today. Initially released on PC back on May 2022, this sweet slice of hive management is now available on team green’s platform thanks to Whitehorn games. The publisher behind Calico, Lake, and Wytchwood rounds up the list of available platforms to make APICO available on PC via Steam, Epic Game Store, Humble Games, itch.io, Utomik, PlayStation 4 and 5, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One and Series S|X for $19.99 USD.

For anybody that missed the earlier notices, there’s still time before summer arrives proper. The intriguing title melds a range of resource gathering, biology, and minigames with real-life and fantasy beekeeping. As a casual beekeeper on a range of fantasy islands, it’s up to you to repopulate the bee colonies and prepare the land for the return of the bees. That includes prepping the ground, gardening, a little horticulture, and managing the breeding of bees.

Included is the highly anticipated Update 2.0: I Can’t Beelieve It’s Not Butter(flies)! This includes a bunch of additions to the base game. New NPCs to interact with, butterflies, solitary bees, new flowers, and more come bumbled in. Take a walk on the wild side, but in an adorable way with APICO over on the official website now.
