Arknights: Endfield PC Test is Live

The global Arknights: Endfield PC test is live and exploring Talos-II

The latest adventure in the Arknight series and a gorgeous looking strategic RPG kicked off a global PC test this morning. At 3AM UTC publisher Gryphline deposited select participants onto a brand-new world and asked them to break all the things. The new Arknight entry takes the wildly successful tower defense mobile game and brings it into a whole new dimension. Mixings-fi themes, a massive 3D environment, impressive graphics, and a mix of real time action combat, this is what you’d expect from a top tier gacha game.

Players who got into the testing phase will have already accepted their invite and will enter this new game in the role of the Endministrator. Escaping the grasp of gravity and landing on Talos-II, players will find five areas to explore as the main storyline progresses including: Whether you’re busy in the Hub Base, out in the Valley pass, or facing all manner of danger in the Blight Zone, this vast realm need the most fearless companions.

Like any good gacha, there are plenty of heroes to choose from. A range of characters can either be unlocked in game or spending currency during this phase of testing. The Endministrator, Perlica, Chen Qianyu, Wulfgard, Ember, Xaihi, Avywenna, Angelina, and Fjall are available to unlock. Of course, they feature the same sort of inspired character design you’d expect from any Otaku leaning adventure. With some incredible looking cyberpunk imagery, lots of big explosions. and a massive alien world to explore, this is likely worth a look. While any late comers have already missed the opportunity to get into this test, it appears we can expect a free reign to create content. Keep an eye on Twitch for a look at the gameplay.
For the rest of us, Arknights: Endfield is currently in development for PlayStation®5, PC, and mobile devices. We expect it to launch later in 2024, so keep an eye out here at Gamespace and on the official website for more.

For those of you who I’ve not met yet, my name is Ed. After an early indoctrination into PC gaming, years adrift on the unwashed internet, running a successful guild, and testing video games, I turned my hand to writing about them. Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
