Assassin’s Creed: Origins Comic Announced for Valentine’s Day

If you’ve been looking for just the right gift to give your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day, look no further than Titan Comics’ just-announced Assassin’s Creed: Origins tie-in. The first issue is due out on stands on February 14th and will hearken directly back to the game.

There are absolutely NO plot details available, but we do know that the comic is set after the game events. Cleopatra will be present as well, though that’s the sum total of what we know. Those who purchase the comic for $8 will also find a code inside for “free Assassin’s Creed Origins content”. Again, no clue what it is, just that it is. However, Titan released two variant covers and a few of the interior pages as well (you can view them at Gamespot).

The story for ACO Issue #1 has been penned by Anne Toole. Her name should sound familiar as one of the writers on both ACO and Horizon Zero Dawn. She’s also an Egyptologist, certainly a feather in the story’s cap.

You can preorder the comic on the Titan site in both physical and digital formats. Other February releases include Issue #2 of Dishonored, Issue #3 for Quake Champions as well as Assassin’s Creed: Uprising Vol. 2, and Black Panther: The Official Movie Special Vol. 1.
