This Month in Assassin’s Creed Origins – December

Ubisoft has published a new blog post dedicated to the new challenges awaiting players in Assassin’s Creed: Origins in December.

In November players challenged and managed to defeat Anubis, the God of Afterlife, and Sobek,  the Crocodile God of Water & Fertility. This month the Trials of the Gods will pit Bayek against the fiercest huntress in Ancient Egypt: Sekhmet, the warrior goddess herself. For those who had missed the previous challenges: fear not, you will have a chance to confront all three gods still.

Gladiator Items Pack containing the Spaniard’s Armor, the Palladium shield, Hercules’ Gladius (sword), Labrys (heavy blade) and Neptune’s Grasp (spear) will be added into the game on December 12.

Wacky Item Pack containing a mount and 4 weapons (more information will be shared soon) will be added on December 26.

Here’s a quick hint: this pack will be a perfect fit for the bath Towel outfit.

Other things players can look forward to:

• Nightmare difficulty level
• Enemy scaling option which, upon being toggled, will automatically scale lower level enemies to your level
• A new quest introducing the Horde mode. You can prove yourself in the Cyrene arena against unlimited waves of foes. Recommended Level 32 or higher.
• A new surprise quest!
