From Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st, players can fire up Uplay, download the game, and play throughout the weekend for free. All progress made during the free weekend will be retained if players choose to purchase the game.

Ancient Egypt, a land of majesty and intrigue, is disappearing in a ruthless fight for power. Unveil dark secrets and forgotten myths as you go back to the one founding moment: The Origins of the Assassin’s Brotherhood.

Origins follows the story of Bayek as he navigates a treacherous plot set in Ancient Egypt. The game can be played as an open-world adventure RPG or through The Discovery Tour, a combat-less journey to view the wonders of the ancient world as meticulously recreated by developers.
