Is it just James Cameron’s Density?
Avatar: Reckoning just dropped a teaser trailer announcing an upcoming mobile MMO shooter that plunges mobile gaming into Pandora. The recently revealed project from Archosaur Games, the team behind Noah’s Heart and publisher Level Infinite is a new tale from James Cameron’s massively successful movie franchise and will draw heavily from the established lore. Taking a look at the new trailer, this seems relatively obvious as Archosaur games give us a close look at their depiction of the Na’vi, the lush world of pandora, and some of the encroaching human hardware that threatens this beautiful backdrop. Much like the movies, Reckoning puts players in the shoes of a Na’vi. Your own avatar is part of a new clan and will take players to unexplored parts of pandora as they defend their home from the heavy weapons of the RDA.
You’ll be able to defend Pandora and push back the RDA solo or with friends when Reckoning arrives across iOS and Android Devices in 2023. While we don’t know a ton about the content or the final form of the game yet, the gorgeous setting of Pandora is sure to be worth a visit, where you’ll be able to take on a series of narrative quests and go seek rewards across co-op PvE or PvP content.
