Developer Obsidian Entertainment and publisher Xbox Game Studios have kicked off the pre-orders for first-person fantasy RPG Avowed. Additionally, the devs have teased that pre-ordering the Premium Edition grants up to 5 days early access. Avowed releases on February 18th, 2025 – it’s time to return to Eora!
Avowed continues with Obsidian’s player-centric approach to roleplay. The studio’s motto when it comes to choice and consequence is “Your Worlds, Your Way”. It is up to you to define who you are in this world and how you want to behave.
You are the envoy of Aedyr, a distant land, sent to investigate rumors of a spreading plague throughout the Living Lands – an island full of mysteries and secrets, danger and adventure, and choices and consequences, and untamed wilderness.
