Battle Chasers: Nightwar Is Taking the Fight to Mobiles Now

Battle Chasers: Nightwar is making a move and the battle for survival starts now, on iOS and Android.

THQ’s gorgeous looking turn-based RPG has made the leap to the small screen and is out now on mobile devices. After managing to thoughtfully impress us on the big screen, Battle Chasers is bringing its incredible stylized graphics and engaging dungeon runs to your pocket. Battle Chasers: Nightwar is a modern take on the classic turn-based RPG. This adventure is based on the best-selling comic book series “Battle Chasers” by Joe Madureira and takes players on over 30 hours of adventures.

Chasing Adventure

Players diving into the world of Battle Chasers will find themselves exploring a new land with a cast of characters who find themselves marooned. In order to get home, they must halt the evil machinations of the sorceress Destra. The game’s protagonists include Garrison, a brooding swordsman, Calibretto, a kindhearted war golem, Red Monika, a rogue, Knolan, an old wisecracking mage, and Gully, a young girl with a pair of magical gauntlets who is searching for her father. As they explore this new land, players can guide their party through a linear overworld. When things go deep down into a dungeon things swap up and a Diablo-style isometric view changes the game. Our heroes can navigate the dungeon, blow through enemies using a range of magical and melee attacks, as well as avoiding the traps that lurk in the shadows.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar has already made it onto macOS, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Linux. Now players who want a premium pocket adventure can find this RPG on the Apple App Store and Google Play store for Android. It costs $9.99 or local equivalent with no in-game microtransactions, simply grab it and go. You can find out more about Battle Chasers: Nightwar on the official website now.
