The owners of Battlefield 1 Premium Pass can now get their hands on the DLC Apocalypse with the rest of the world getting access to it in 2 weeks.
The DLC contains 5 new maps:
- Passchendaele will have players claw their way across the devastated landscape of Belgium and huddle for cover in dugouts and tattered ruins.
- Players will be able to fight in the mountain trenches of Caporetto
- River Somme will have players fight in a hell of blood and mud
- Razor’s Edge and London Calling will require players to engage in frantic dogfights to wrestle for control in the new mode Knights of the Skies.
Additionally, the Apocalypse brings in new melee weapons, 6 new guns, new gadgets such as the AA Rocket Gun for the Assult Class, two new bombers – the Hansa Brandenburg GI and the Airco DH10. You can find out more on the official site.

Like other titles of the series, Battlefield 1 is a first-person shooter. The game’s events are taking place during World War I – complete with weapons, including melee, tech, vehicles and more. Players can control several characters in the campaign mode.
Battlefield 1 multiplayer supports up to 64 players at once. Its modes would be familiar to those who played previous instalments of the series. They include Conquest, Rush, Domination, Team Deathmatch, War pigeons (a new mode), and Operations. Multiplayer also features a variety of classes for players to choose from.
The game was released in October 2016 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
