The developers from Bethesda Entertainment were on hand during the E3 2018 to share the heaps of The Elder Scrolls goodness. Without further ado, let’s dive right in to see what the team has in store for fan-favourite fantasy universe!
Skyrim: Very Special Edition
Bethesda’s in on the Skyrim meme fun. Here’s the company’s take on the joke about releasing Skyrim on all possible (and impossible) platforms. For the very first time ever, take your rightful place as the Dragonborn of legend (again) and explore Skyrim using the power of your own voice… and Amazon’s Alexa.
Something you might not have expected, though, is that Skyrim: Very Special Edition is actually available on Amazon.
I used to play Skyrim on my PC… but then I took an arrow to the knee. Now, Alexa carries my burdens for me.
Elder Scrolls: Blades
Todd Howard has also introduced a new mobile TES experience – check out Elder Scrolls: Blades. At its heart, this mobile game is a true Elder Scrolls title.
You can play the game horizontally, using both hands, or in portrait mode, if you need a free hand – for your coffee cup, of course!
The game features melee battles that respond to your precise movements as well as a number of spells and ranged abilities. Check out the full reveal below!
Elder Scrolls: Blades will release for mobile and VR devices in Fall 2018 for free.
The Elder Scrolls: Legends
Bethesda’s card game will receive a visual update as well as releases on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Using your Bethesda-account will allow you to exchange data between different platforms.
