Curve Games and indie developer Homo Ludens have released a trailer and a demo for their upcoming game, Blooming Business: Casino. The video offers viewers a peek at gameplay, while the demo allows players to test it out. The casino-themed sim-management game lets players flex their muscles in business while working to become a casino tycoon.
Developers believe that their game is unique with its satirical narrative twist. Players must design, build, and run their own retro-themed casino “in a world full of drama and danger.” All of this is couched in cute, cuddly animal characters that are anything but cute and cuddly. Looks, as they say, can be deceiving.
Players are the casino manager and must maximize client satisfaction and juggle their complicated demands. Managers will need to attract all sorts of customers and tap into their competitive side to fill the casino with personality. The end goal is to grow the casino from a gambling den “to the biggest name in town.” The sky’s the limit!
