Become Richer Than A King As Team17 Agree To Publish Bravery & Greed

Team17, the British publisher behind worms and upcoming bloody RPG Sunday Gold, has announced that it is about to publish co-op beat ‘em up turned dungeon brawler, Bravery & Greed.

There’s no saving villagers in distress this time around. With the news that Team17 and Rekka games have reached an agreement, players will be able to pick up Bravery & Greed across PC, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 later in 2022. Along the way you’ll slay monsters, beat up bad guys, and loot everything in sight to earn a bob or two.

Pulling inspiration from classic adventure video games of the 1980s and 1990s, this pixel art piece of feudalism throws teams of players into a roguelike experience to cut down anything that lives in the shadows. Adventurers teaming up will be able to pick from: the agile Rogue, the valiant Warrior, the eccentric Wizard, and the mighty Amazon, each with their own unique skills and abilities to ensure that nothing survives the onslaught of these slightly suspect heroes. You’ll need to do more than simply spam heals to survive, however. Among the randomly generated corridors demons that attack might be trash mobs or mighty bosses. Thankfully, a robust combat system means players can parry, dodge, and juggle abilities to unleash destructive spells enemies.

With tons of game mode on offer, both PvE, PvP and multiplayer, a massive campaign, horde mode, and more there shouldn’t be any lack of things to loot in this adventure. As if gold isn’t enough, the cavernous dungeons of Bravery & Greed are littered with items for players to pick up and equip; gloves, boots, amulets, and wands all share affinities with one of the four paths, use them correctly to devastating effect.

This gorgeous looking throwback is currently available to Wishlist on Steam, with more detail over on the official website too. Check out more or just take a look at the loot in the trailer above.

Now, you will find me squawking across a multitude of sites and even getting to play games now and then
