Best Old School Nintendo Games We Want to See Turned Into Slot Games

Nintendo

Gamers of a certain era will remember all of the fun that they had when playing some of the most iconic games that were made available to play on Nintendo’s NES and SNES games consoles. Of course, these game consoles were some of the very first to have ever been made and paved the way for many of the latest gaming consoles to have hit the market, however, there continue to remain as popular as ever as they can provide players with a real sense of nostalgia.

Indeed, the NES and SNES will be remembered for classic games such as many of the Super Mario titles, as well as other classics such as The Legend of Zelda, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, and Final Fantasy III. Many gamers today would also still argue that these games were the pinnacle at one point, with many of the titles still rather hard to beat.

With gamers who would have played the NES and SNES when it was first around being of legal age to play online casino games, or at least searching for them at sites such as MobileUsCasinos.com, we thought it would be the opportune time to dig into the archives and list all of the games that were available on these game consoles that we would love to see be produced into a video online slot title.

Check out our list below:

Super Mario World

If there is one famous game character to have ever come out of the NES and SNES era, it was Nintendo’s creation of Super Mario and his friends. Super Mario World was released in 1991 and 1992 (depending on the region) and was made available to be played on the SNES.

The game is arguably one of the best that Nintendo had ever managed to produce within the series – although some may argue that Super Mario Bros. 3 is better – and it is one that has continued to be as good as it first was three decades on.

We could imagine Super Mario World being converted into an online slot game, as the classic background can be used, whilst all of the characters from the game could be used as icons, with Mario perhaps being the bonus icon that can trigger a feature such as free spins.

Super Metroid

Another SNES title, Super Metroid was arguably one of the biggest hits to have ever been made available to play on the Nintendo gaming console as it provided players with hours of entertainment. Released in 1994, players would have gone on an adventure with Samus Aran and use her as they search the planet for a Metroid that has been stolen by Ridley, who is the leader of the Space Pirates.

Again, like Super Mario World, Super Metroid could use its theme easily to create an online video slot game, whilst the main characters can be the symbols that appear on the paylines that will have been provided.

Chrono Trigger

Initially released in the US in 1995 on the SNES system, but since in the UK from 2011, Squaresoft’s Chrono Trigger is one of the all-time titles to have ever been produced. The game was arguably ahead of its time with the features and gameplay it provided, as it paved the way for other role-playing games (RPGs) to be as successful as they were.
