With the owners of Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition submitting tickets to get their long-awaited canvas bags, Bethesda’s support system has encountered a surprising glitch. Some users were given permissions to access the parts of Bethesda’s system, including the ability to open and close tickets and check out customers’ personal information such as emails, home addresses and more.
The error has since been fixed (the company representative popped into a thread to say, literally, “Hi guys, we’ve resolved the issue”) but needless to say, the fans are unhappy with the company.

I am receiving every single one of your support tickets on my Bethesda account. Mostly it’s your receipts for you power armor set requesting a new bag. These receipts contain all your info. Your email and home address and the card you used to buy this extremely glitched game.
@BethesdaSupport I am receiving other people’s support tickets on my @bethesda account. I have numerous people receipts for power armor set that includes their email & home address and the type of card used. This is not good, right? #Fallout76 pic.twitter.com/KUpGCNfIF0
