It was tough to get to all the terrific Star Wars Day news yesterday and we’ll admit that the new Biomutant trailer was one we missed. However, great things are always worth noting, even if slightly late. THQ Nordic released a terrific trailer called May the Furth, the trailer parodies the very first trailer for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
In May the Furth, the SW character of Rey is played by what appears to be some type of robotically enhanced animal that wields, not a lightsaber, but a toilet brush. Striking Rey’s famous pose, the creature faces off against a large rhinoceros lizard beast before the video cuts to some in-game footage. The odd (and very cool thing) is that the entire video is accompanied by John Williams’ epic score.
Biomutant is primed for release on May 25th for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Check out the official site to learn more.
