Black Desert Online’s upcoming Guardian class will get awakening skills as early as 5th February.
The Guardian is just the latest class to hit the massive PC MMORPG from Kakao Games and Pearl Abyss, and it looks like anybody playing this brand new challenger is going to have to act fast to keep up the pace. The new class drops on 22 January, days from now, and gives players just 2 weeks to get in and get ready for the change. The Guardian’s Succession extends her range of options in combat giving her the Jördun, a massive polearm that burns with the holy flame of Ynix. While the full list of extra skills hasn’t been rolled out to us quite yet, the intention here is to enable this melee focused warrior to reach out with greater Area of Effect potential.
The Guardian class was initially announced in December and brings this warrior down from the frozen mountains in search of Ynix, the holy flame that could kill even the gods. Wielding a shield and battle axe, the Guardian is a formidable ally or foe with a range of ground pounding skills that look to overwhelm unprepared adversaries. You can get a glimpse of these skills in our Guardian Class announcement news.
Succession Updates
In addition to this Awakening update, the Dark Knight is the latest class to get Succession skills in BDO. This week players can log in and wield updated skills of her original main-weapon, the Kriegsmesser. By accepting a quest at level 56, players can specialize their main weapon skills to deal even more damage to foes.
If you fancy finding out more about Black Desert Online then head over to the official website to check out both thee classes. If you have already decided to roll a Guardian, then you can log in now and pre create your character before the drop next week.
