Console players looking for a fully-featured MMORPG may want to take a look Black Desert. Pearl Abyss launched the well-regarded game earlier this week. To celebrate, devs managed to wrangle none other than Megan Fox for the live-action launch trailer who, by all reports, plays the game herself!
Pearl Abyss CEO Robin Jung said, “Launching on the PlayStation 4 marks an important milestone for our company and the game’s continued expansion into new territories, fulfilling player needs for a strong MMORPG on a console system. We’re launching on a strong note and will maintain a steady drumbeat of regular content expansions to make Black Desert the best action MMORPG available in the world.”
Several purchase options are available for players. The Standard Edition is $29.99. The Deluxe Edition is $49.99 and the Ultimate Edition is $99.99. Each version includes a number of in-game perks.
This week’s launch marks the fourth platform for the game. Previous releases include PC, mobile, and Xbox One.
