Expansive Worlds and Avalanche Studios have announced the release of The Spain Reserve DLC for Call of the Wild: The Anglers. The new content adds several new location to explore and several new species of fish to catch, many of them found only in Spain. In addition, players will find over 60 new missions and challenges to complete along the way.

Developers released a brand-new launch trailer to showcase the beautiful Spanish countryside and the awesome fish available in the DLC.

Features include

  • New map: Spain! – Explore the bountiful, unspoiled Andalusian nature and find the perfect fishing spot at a perilous mountain gorge or in secret underground lakes and rocky mountain streams. This brand-new fishing destination is packed with exciting new challenges, fish species, mountainous vistas, and mysterious subterranean delights.
  • 16 fish species, 11 of which are unique to Spain – The Spain Reserve is home to 16 unique fish species, 11 of which are completely new discoveries. Navigate the waterways and search for impressive species such as the Andalusian Barbel, Mirror Carp, or European Eel.
  • 60+ new missions and challenges – Seek the wonder and heritage this reserve has to offer. Unravel mysteries, discover hidden collectibles and caches, and test your angling skills against more than 60 fresh missions and challenges.
  • Bug fixes and feature improvements

Those who would like to purchase this large DLC can do so for $9.99. A copy of the base game is needed to play. Call of the Wild: The Anglers is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The base game is also on Xbox Game Pass and Game Pass for PC.
