Cat Cafe Manager, the adorable cat-ch em all cafe sim from Roost games, is set to open its doors to customers when it launches on 14 April.
Coming to Nintendo Switch and PC, via Steam and Epic Game Store, Cat Cafe Manager is exactly what it sounds like. This mix of business management and adorable feline friendship will welcome players into the colorful town of Caterwaul, where eager coffee moguls will be able to turn a run down tea room into a brand new business empire.
After first giving us something of an appetizer back in June 2021, Cat Cafe Manager is now ready for launch. Players starting their own business will need to craft a menu of delightful treats for the two legged patrons of this establishment while managing the restoration of the store, staffing shortages, and expanding the cafe. As your business thrives, you’ll be able to the café to feature additional rooms and even more kitties. Blend interior design elements like wallpaper and furniture to create a bespoke style that speaks to the cafe’s brand and the needs of each customer. Regulars like Bonner, a friendly ferryman with a penchant for tall tales, don’t just come for pancakes and tea, however. A range of cats are available for adoption. Each comes with its own personality, quirks, and demands on your time. It seems like this sim still retains the charm it had during development, with Roost Games setting the cutest floofs upon us.
“Cat Café Manager draws inspiration from simulation and management games, with an emphasis on personality, charm, and of course a love for cats,” said Rick Sorgdrager, Lead Game Designer and Writer, Roost Games. “The colors of the café and variety of mousers offer something for everyone in Caterwaul. We are delighted to welcome players to the village soon when Cat Café Manager arrives on Nintendo Switch and Steam in April!”
It’s cute, colorful, and full of cats. I’m sold. If you are too, then check out the official website. Find out more about Cat Cafe Manager in our preview and get it for $19.99 or local equivalent when it comes through the catflap in April
