Cataclysm Classic – Check Out the Rage of the Firelands Raid Trailer

It’s time to put on your best gear, and set out to face Firelord Ragnaros once more. This time, in the very heart of his domain: the Firelands.

“Within the elemental plane of the Firelands, a devastating wipe leaves two raid teams beaten… but not broken. Rising from the ashes, the heroes of Azeroth brave flames and fury to face a familiar foe in a new trailer produced in collaboration with Hurricane.”

The Firelands raid is available now! Firelands is a 10- or 25-player, 7-boss raid and has two difficulty modes—Normal and Heroic. Defeat its protectors, challenge the Firelord himself, and get some epic loot, including two mounts!

The battle to protect Hyjal and the World Tree Nordrassil rages inside Ragnaros’s smoldering realm. As territory is gained and Azeroth’s champions edge closer to the inner sanctums, a monumental task lies ahead: defeat and challenge the Firelord at his throne of power.

Entrenched around Ragnaros’s lair—Sulfuron Keep—are his most loyal servants, including the Druids of the Flame. Should Ragnaros succeed in destroying Nordrassil, Azeroth will suffer a blow from which it may never recover. The trailer up above shows one such raid taking on this fiery boss.

Inside this Raid, you will find the following bosses:

  • Beth’tilac, The Red Widow
  • Lord Rhyolith
  • Alysrazor
  • Shannox
  • Baleroc, The Gatekeeper
  • Majordomo Staghelm, Archdruid of the Flame
  • Defeat his Guardians, and face Ragnaros himself within the heart of his keep. Ragnaros’s Normal and Heroic modes offer two completely different encounters for raiders to conquer.
