Nothing says “have a good time” more than a game that promises us we’ll have a chance to kick some Nazi ass. Bethesda Softworks and MachineGames presented a new Indiana Jones and the Great Circle trailer during the Xbox Games Show held earlier this week that offers viewers a peek at the gorgeously rendered game coming to Xbox Series X/S and PC in late 2024. In fact, the trailer is so hyper-realistic that it’s easy to forget this is in-game footage and not a big-screen film.
Set in the timeline between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, Indiana Jones is, of course, modeled after Harrison Ford, the star of all the films to date. At first, Indy seems to be in a world of trouble — when is he not, after all — but as luck would have it, he manages to get himself out of a pretty tight spot. This involves a lot of fisticuffs with Nazi blowhards who become much more docile as they fall to their deaths in a frozen wasteland.
Features include
