Square Enix announced that Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! is available digitally for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
In Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! players can explore mysterious dungeons and take on dangerous monsters while enjoying a deep and engaging story to save the townspeople’s memories. Within this unusual dungeon, the rules are simple: every time you enter, the world around you changes shape, and time only moves forward whenever Chocobo takes an action! Moving, attacking or using an item all advance time, so play tactically and think of a plan to overcome the enemies one step (or kick!) at a time.
Players can play Every Buddy! alone, using defeated monsters or allies to aid them in battle with the new buddy system, or you can let your Chocobo use various classic Final Fantasy jobs with the new buddy system such as Knight, the White Mage or even the Black Mage plus others to overcome the challenges ahead. You can also add an extra player to join you in the fun with local multiplayer as one of the characters in the buddy system to help you on this adventure.
Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon EVERY BUDDY! is available now as a digital download for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. Additionally, all players who purchase the game will receive the Buddy Chocobo “Alpha” DLC item for use in-game.
