Costumed-Clad Enemies Prowling Fallout 76

Fallout 76

Bethesda has announced a spooky new update for Fallout 76. Players will find plenty to love in the frightful festivities to celebrate Halloween. Among other things, costume-clad Scorched are prowling the Wasteland looking for treats. Intrepid hunters who take down these frightful creatures will be treated to a number of goodies. The in-game event runs from now through November 2nd.

Here’s what players can expect:

  • costume-clad Scorched that spawn as Legendary creatures and offer players a chance to earn a legendary item and a piece of Mystery Candy
  • Spooky Treat Bags that can contain consumables, ammo, and Halloween loot
  • Mystery Candy offers players snacking on it one of five random special buffs
  • all players can claim a Spooky Candy Bowl from the Atomic Shop to put in their C.A.M.P.s. These can be filled with Mystery Candy so that others can come and pick up a piece for themselves
  • Daily and Weekly Challenges offer a chance to hand out treats and completing them will grand one of several possible rewards including a consumable item, Perk Card Pack, Lunchbox, Repair Kit, or some S.C.O.R.E.

On October 23rd, players can also celebrate Bombs Drop Day: Bombs Drop Day is a grim reminder of how the world changed forever on October 23. However, it’s also a cause for celebration, because, despite the odds, you’re surviving, thriving, and making post-apocalyptic Appalachia your own. Join us in commemorating Bombs Drop Day with sales on Fallout 76 and Atoms, as well as several upcoming weekend events.
