Survios has announced a significant update for their hit VR title Creed: Rise to Glory: Championship Edition. In the new “Sweet Science” update, players will be introduced to a Rocky franchise favorite in the form of Tommy “The Machine” Gunn. Movie fans will immediately recognize the iconic fighter from Rocky V. In addition to Gunn’s arrival, players will also find a number of improvements to the game and other new features. The new content is available for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3 once released, and PlayStation VR.
Sweet Science features
- Players will no longer have to use controllers when playing. Quest 2 offers hand-tracking support so players can throw punches, block, and navigate the game’s menus using natural hand movements.
- Significant performance enhancements have been added for Quest 2 and the upcoming Meta Quest 3, including “performance surge”
- Tommy “The Machine” Gunn from Rocky V has entered the ring. He is known for raw power and brazenness.
- Fitness updates
- Set and achieve personal calorie burn goals
- Experience a refined UI with improved fitness tracking stats
- Opt for timed or calorie mode tracking based on personal preferences
- Utilize an improved calorie tracking algorithm for more accurate results
