Focus Home Interactive and Passtech Games have announced that Curse of the Dead Gods is now available in Steam Early Access for PC players. The game is considered an action roguelike that sends players off to “seek untold riches, divine powers, and eternal life — then rise to fight again when your greed leads to death”. To celebrate the big day, FHI released a brand new trailer.
During the initial phase of early access, players will be able to explore the Jaguar section of the Temple with its “unique traps, game mechanics, nine fighting styles, 10 standard curses, dozens of room variants, relics to discover, and much more”. Developers have a robust plan to add more content based on player and community feedback. Additions include “new temples, traps, enemies, bosses, modes, mechanics, weapons, curses, and more”.
