After launching a whole heap of new Agon Pro monitors, AOC has announced the AOC Gaming GH401, a wireless gaming headset to augment its current lineup.
AOC has had something of a year, launching a bunch of newly branded monitors and an arsenal of new gaming peripherals. Now gamers looking to cut the cord will be able to get up and make their own march to victory with the AOC Gaming GH401 wireless headset. Fitting quite nicely alongside AOC’s wired and USB connected gaming headsets, the GH401 adopts a wireless connection to give players a solid range of options for their audio needs. From the looks of it, the GH401 takes the same design approach as the GH200 and GH300 headsets, with a red flash of color across the adjustable steel headband. The same superbly plush memory foam padding is in place, and these cord free cans come with 50mm driver to produce what we expect to be serious bass. Alongside a 2.4Ghz connection, the newest headset in the AOC range also includes a wired 3.5mm jack for flexibility across multiple platforms and can produce 17 hours of audio with a full charge.
Even More To Come
This new addition to the AOC audio lineup is due to hit stores around the same time as the newly announced AOC GM530 and GM510 mice. While the GM530 is a traditionally sleek right handed accessory, it holds a Pixart PMW3389 sensor with up to 16000 true DPI. The included Kalih switches are likely a choice to add decent durability, rated for 80 million clicks, with a budget conscious price, while the matte UV coating, programmable buttons, and RGB lighting zones tick all the expected boxes.
The GM510 should make a little less of an impression when it lands on desktops, sporting a honeycomb design and a lightweight feel for fluid attacks in the heat of competition. Despite coming in at just 58g, this mouse uses the same switches and Pixart sensor as its alternative.
Whichever desktop option you decide on, find out more about the expanding AOC ecosystem at the official website now. The AOC GM530, GM510, and GH401 will all be available from November 2021 at the RRPs of £37.99, £35.99, and £67.99 respectively.
