With Patch 1.2 for open-world action-adventure Cyberpunk 2077 coming PC, Stadia and consoles soon, the developers from CD Projekt RED have taken to the official site of the game to share the list of changes coming with the update.
The gameplay changes include the addition of Steering Sensitivity added to Controls settings, allowing players to reduce steering speed for all vehicles on all input devices. The steering code has been adjusted to work better in low and extreme high frame rate situations to produce more consistent results.

Additionally, the NCPD spawn radius for when the player commits a crime has been increased.
Patch 1.2 also includes a variety of bug fixes and adjustments to quests, cinematic design, environment, audio & animation, UI and much more.
