Darksiders 3 Leaked by Amazon – Later Confirmed with New Trailer

Darksiders 3

In the era of leaks, a new one has sprung at Amazon that seems to indicate Darksiders 3 is real.  “Pre-orders” have opened, if something dated December 31, 2018 can be believed.

Amazon is vindicated, however, with IGN’s reveal of the game’s first official trailer:

What does the Amazon lead tell us about Darksiders 3? A lot!

The leaked information is pretty exciting stuff for fans of the series, many of whom had given up hope.

First off, it is going to be available for XBox One, PC and PlayStation 4. Players take on the role of a female FURY, “the most unpredictable and enigmatic” member of the Four Horsemen.

Darksiders 3 will also include:

  • FURY abilities based on her whip and magic
  • a variety of FURY forms with different weapons, abilities, and moves
  • open-ended “free-form” world
  • investigate secrets
  • take on the Seven Deadly Sins and their servants
  • environments literally from heaven as well as hell

Fans have been waiting for the next story from the Darksiders series. Many fans lost hope when THQ fell apart but with its rebirth as THQ Nordic, things seem back on track.
