Deliver Us Mars Adds AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.1 in Major Update

Deliver Us Mars, the recently released sci-fi outing to the red planet, is getting a major set of graphical tweaks.

Frontier Foundry and KeokeN have announced that players steeping onto the sands of Mars are about to get a big upgrade. Deliver us Mars has a brand new update today, across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Anybody boarding this atmospheric sci-fi adventure to save the world will do so with a new view of the solar system.

While AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 2.1 support will bring enhanced graphical options to PC players and AMD aficionados, there are plenty of other options. Next generation consoles also get a Quality Mode, adaptive trigger support for the DualSense controller on PS5, and additional accessibility settings.

For AMD owners, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution adds similar options to Nvidia’s DLSS. This particular technology uses a number of AI enhancements to upscale the graphics of supported games with minimal impact on system resources. Supported in a variety of formats by AMD’s RX 7000, RX 6000, RX 5000, RX 500 and 400 graphics cards, this upgrade is essentially free frames. While it is new to Deliver us Mars, you’ll also find FSR in everything from Horizon Zero Dawn to Cyberpunk, and Farming Simulator.
