The initial announcement of The Elder Scrolls VI that happened during E3 2018 shook Bethesda’s community no less than silence on the project that followed it. Bethesda revealed barely any details on the game and its planned release: Skyrim Grandma Shirley Curry will be added as an NPC to the game and TESVI is coming after Starfield, a mysterious new sci-fi IP for the company.
The community hoped to hear about the upcoming TES game at this year’s gaming expos but Bethesda’s senior vice-president of global marketing Pete Hines answered fans on Twitter. His message reveals that details about TESVI will be coming “years from now”.
It’s after Starfield, which you pretty much know nothing about. So if you’re coming at me for details now and not years from now, I’m failing to properly manage your expectations.
