Diablo IV is now officially out, and Hell welcomes all. As the new heroes of Sanctuary are busy chasing after Lilith’s shadow, the developers have shared their launch message. In the video above, Franchise GM Rod Fergusson and Game Director Joe Shely thank players and describe their experiences and expectations.
“I can’t wait for players to experience the final showdown between Lilith and Inarius – it’s been thousands years in the making and it’s going to be truly epic. But of course… it doesn’t end there.”
Once you have finished the Story mode, even more Diablo IV content will be open to you, including the the game’s action-packed PvP.

Additionally, players can earn some hellish in-game rewards from Twitch Drops dedicated to the arrival of Diablo IV.
- June 5 to June 11 – Rogue & Necromancer. Watch for 6 hours in total to get Azurehand Back-Stabber Dagger, Azurehand Heart-Piercer Sword as well as Matron-Sigil Coffer (Rogue) and Progenitor Favor (Necromancer) Back Trophy.
- June 12 to June 18 – Sorcerer. Watch for 6 hours in total to get Azurehand Spell-Slinger Wand Weapon Recolor as well as Hellrune Tabernacle Back Trophy;
- June 19 to June 25 – Druid. The same deal: watch any eligible Diablo IV content with Twitch Drop active for 6 hours to get Azurehand Head-Cleaver Weapon Recolor and Font of the Mother Back Trophy;
- June 26 to July 2 – Barbarian. Keeping the best for the last: tune into any eligible content for 6 hours to receive Azurehand Skull-Crusher and Matriarch’s Mantle Back Trophy.
Last but not least: you can also show your support for eligible Diablo IV creators by gifting their channel 2 Twitch subscriptions of any tier. Doing so will earn you the rugged Primal Instinct Mount as a reward. This promotion is available between June 5 and July 2.
