Developer Blizzard Entertainment shared the cinematic trailer for the upcoming Diablo IV expansion, Vessel of Hatred. Slated to arrive on October 8, it will tell the story of the battle against Hatred that started in the base game with the defeat of Lilith.
Journey into the new region of Nahantu in search of Neyrelle, who is both suffering the fate of her choice to imprison the Prime Evil Mephisto, and seeking a means to destroy him. Become the apex predator of the jungle as the all-new Spiritborn class. Recruit Mercenaries to aid you in combat, fight together in a new PvE co-op activity, & more.
The expansion is available for pre-purchase now in a variety of editions:
- Diablo IV Expansion Bundle contains the base game and the Vessel of Hatred expansion;
- Standard Edition contains just the expansion itself. Requires ownership of the base game;
- Deluxe Edition offers the expansion, Hratli the Canine Pet, Nahantu War-Cat Mount and Armor Bundle, as well as one Premium Battle Pass Token;
- The Ultimate Edition offers the contents of the Deluxe version as well as 3,000 Platinum, Natalya the Tiger Pet, Nahantu Unearthed Armor Bundle (5 class armor sets), Wings of the Faith cosmetic, and Nahantu-themed Town Portal;
- Pre-purchasing any edition of Vessel of Hatred grants Alkor, the Snow Leopard Pet & Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem for Diablo Immortal.
