Dissidia Final Fantasy NT has been leaked by Amazon for PlayStation 4. The site is accepting pre-orders for $59.99 as well as showing a ship date of December 31, 2017. Of course, that date is not set in stone but is a likely placeholder.

According to the description on Amazon, players will be able to fight alongside 20 favorite characters. These characters come from the entirety of the FF franchise. In addition, gamers can take part in 3v3 fights using the “bravery combat system”. It is a new feature that “separates luck from skill”. Lastly, a number of familiar summons will be present including Odin, Ifrit and Shiva.
The new story is being written by series’ legend Kazushige Nojima. He is responsible for several Final Fantasy games including Final Fantasy VII Remake and Kingdom Hearts.
The Amazon page has come as a surprise to many, though it is likely the game will be “officially” revealed later today. The Dissidia Final Fantasy live stream even is to happen later today. At least one site believes the game will come out in early 2018 rather than December 31, 2017 as Amazon currently shows.
The original version of the fighting game came out in North America in 2009.
The game features characters from different Final Fantasy games and centers on a great conflict between Cosmos and Chaos. The two summon warriors to fight for their sides in their thirteenth war. During the story, the player controls the ten warriors chosen by Cosmos in their journey.
