Out now on iOS and Android devices, this neve jangling new adventure with the aforementioned Lord of Time a new narrative adventure from Maze Theory, Another Indie, and BBC Studios. Built by Kaigan Games, the team that is responsible for Sara Is Missing and SIMULACRA, this found phone adventure drags players into the aftermath of some seemingly awful events in an abandoned London property.

With only a phone and its contents to help you, you’ll need to find clues, solve cryptic puzzles, and uncover the fate of a missing person. Players who have picked up any of Kaigan’s current titles might already be familiar with the engrossing delivery of these tales, but Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins looks set to be a unique treat that is a smidge more accessible than the Edge of Time. Filmed on location in London and Cardiff, Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins blends live-action footage with open-ended puzzle gameplay. It also stars Ingrid Oliver as an ex-UNIT scientist, your only real help in understanding what the menacing grey figures set to creep out of the screen are exactly.
