During the Taipei Game Show 2022, FromSoftware’s Yasuhiro Kitao has been on hand to confirm that the game has gone gold and will face no more delays. Additionally, the producer shared more details about the game mechanics and answers to some of the fans’ burning questions.
During the presentation, Yasuhiro Kitao announced that gamers could beat the game in about 30 hours. However, the overall number of hours spent in the game would depend on what kind of gamer you are. Elden Ring will feature a grand open world and exploring all of its nooks and crannies will add another few dozens of hours to the total number. You are not required to complete all of its challenges to press on, whether or not you want to go for full completionist playthrough is up to you.
Elden Ring’s release is planned for February 25th for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
