The developers of the open-world RPG Elden Ring have taken to Twitter to reveal that the game received patch 1.02.1 on PC and PlayStation 5. It fixes a number of issues addressed in the message on the Bandai Namco site.
In particular, for the PC version the patch tackles start-up issues related to Easy Anti Cheat, improves on the mouse operation and reduces the number of files to load when entering a new area.
The PS5 users will notice that the devs fixed a bug that caused certain unexpected game closures. The Network Status Check Failed issue for Xbox users should be now fixed as well.
We are also pleased to report that the online issues Xbox users have been facing (e.g. “Network Status Check Failed”) should now be fixed.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
