Bethesda has announced that the Scalebreaker DLC has been released for Elder Scrolls Online PC. This new content is part of the ESO Plus program or it can be purchased separately in the Crown Shop. The DLC is available as a standalone purchase or in the Collector’s Bundle. The latter includes a horse mount, wolf pet, and special Crown Experience Scrolls.
Scalebreaker comes with a pair of new dungeons: Lair of Maarselok and Moongrave Fane. Both expand on the currently ongoing events in both Elsweyr and Wrathstone. “While these stories are part of the year-long saga, you can enjoy both without having completed either of the year’s earlier content — enjoy!” reads the blog on the ESO site. Those who play through one of the two dungeons will earn a free hat for their efforts.
While Scalebreaker is a paid DLC, all players will enjoy the free Update 23 that includes a number of Quality of Life improvements.
- Undaunted Keys are now a currency and are no longer stored in inventory.
- Multi-crafting allows players to “craft, deconstruct, extract, and refine multiple materials at once”
- Guild Trader Multi-bidding has been added.
