Streaming Accessory Maker will Continue as a Separate Entity Within CORSAIR
When you woke up this very morning you probably took a shower, brushed your teeth, ate some dinner, and got ready to go to work. Maybe you had the day off and decided to stream something online. Well, I bet you never thought you would wake up to the news about CORSAIR getting set to acquire Elgato Gaming.
Elgato is known for its streaming devices mostly, and will now be a separate part of CORSAIR, a company known for its gaming components and eSports athletes. Drake Star Partners, a global investment firm was chosen as the exclusive financial advisor to Elgato Systems, as well as their legal advisor Bird & Bird.

This is a day I never thought that I would see coming when I think of Elgato I think of big-time game streaming devices. This news just reinforces CORSAIRs place as one of the top companies out there for gaming peripherals and components for eSports and casual gamers alike.
