Embr, the fire fighting co-op from Curver Digital, is set to light up PC, and Consoles when it launches on 23 September 2021.
Due to grab a bucket and start frantically filling across PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, Embr is a chaotic multiplayer title that puts players in the shoes of a do it yourself fire fighting team. After initially launching into early access across Steam and Google Stadia last year, Embr is now bringing its cartoon styled chaos to even more players with a physical release following on 24 September.
Friends will become heroes and fires will flee as Embr plunges you and whoever feels up to the task into a range of over the top scenarios with the aim of overcoming the problems that arise from a set of flame fuelled set of encounters. In the same style as Get Packed or Overcooked, Embr isn’t at all serious and if you need to chuck bodies out the fourth floor to fully evacuate a building then so be it. After each endeavour you can also expect an app style rating from clients, making side jobs like Embr Eats seems all the more reasonable.
Embr’s full release will include a bunch of extra content, including:
- 2 brand new expansive districts to explore housing 12 new hand-crafted levels.
- 13 new tools and upgrades to customise your firefighting experience.
- 5 brand new game modes to earn extra money your way.
- Daily and weekly missions for extensive replayability.
